Description
Called Chickasaw peas in the United States, these self-pollinating beans are dense with essential protein, fiber, iron, and B vitamins. Sprouts are great in salads, sandwiches and soups. Fuzzy pods grow to 5 inches long, containing 10-15 yellowish-brown to black seeds.
