Mild-flavored, producing large, broad, rich green leaves of appetizing pungency. Full of vitamins A, B, and C. One of the first greens of spring. An extremely vigorous, southern favorite. This variety has been acclimated to the warmer southern climate making it a regionally adapted, reliable, heirloom seed.
